Who Am I?
I began my journey into the mortgage realm began back in 2012 during the HARP refinance frenzy. Starting as a Loan Processor, I quickly learned the importance of efficiency and precision, as the underwriting standards were exceptionally strict. This knowledge was carried along into Loan Origination when I obtained my license in 2014. Fast-forward to 2019, and I decided to become a Mortgage Broker and start my own 3rd Party Processing Company, Top-Shelf Processing. My primary focus is now educating clients on mortgage loans, while providing the highest level of service and expertise.

Meet The Team
Ryan was born and raised in Rosemount, MN. He spent his early high school years attending Saint Thomas Academy before moving to West Des Moines, IA and graduating from Valley High School. He continued his education at the University of Nebraska-Omaha graduating with a bachelor’s degree. Ryan then spent 6 years playing professional hockey for multiple organizations in Bridgeport, Iowa, Alaska, Utah, San Diego, Rapid City, and Minsk.

Kimberley Odom, NP
Kimberley Odom is a highly skilled Board Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine. With her ability to assess, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan, Kimberley is a valuable asset to families seeking quality healthcare. With 18 years of experience in nursing, she has worked in various fields including emergency medicine, oncology, intensive care, PACU, and primary care.
Kimberley completed her bachelor’s degree from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah, and graduated with honors from Regis University with her MSN in Family Nurse Practice. Her educational background and years of experience have provided her with the knowledge and expertise to deliver the best possible care to her patients.
Beyond her professional life, Kimberley is married and has raised three children, and is now a proud grandmother. She and her husband, who is originally from Idaho, recently returned to Idaho in 2021 after living in Utah and Colorado for 13 years. Kimberley is passionate about her work and looks forward to serving patients and helping them with their healthcare needs.
